Who can become a consignor?

Anyone can consign their items.

What are the benefits of being a consignor?

Consignors receive 70% of all sold items. Consignors are also given 2 passes at drop off for the Private Presale, one for you and two for a friends/family. Consignors get to shop the 50% off Private Presale also.

Do consignors have an item limit?

There are no limits for Kid's Zone. There is a 50 item limit on clothing items for Grown Zone. Scrubs, swimwear & maternity is not included.

Do consignors have an item maximum?

For Kid's Zone there is not a maximum. If you have more than 100 items, please plan to drop off on the very first day of the drop off schedule if possible!

For Grown Zone, there is a limit on clothing. We ask for no more than 50 clothing items. Bring your 50 best!

Is there a fee to consign?

Yes, an $12 consignor fee is deducted from your FINAL total sales. There is no money out of pocket for you.

Do consignors get to shop early?

Yes, all consignors receive early shopping passes for regular and half price sale!

How do I sign up to become a consignor and get a number?

Click on "Register & Consignor Portal" from the Top Menu.

How should I price my items?

A good rule of thumb is 1/3 of the original price. (i.e., if you paid $70 for that boutique outfit, price it at $20 or LOWER) Remember, this is resale. Most shoppers are looking for quality items at a fraction of the cost. Few people will spend half of the original cost.

I have some items that are too big for a Ziploc bag, what do I do?

Please place these items in a Ziploc BIG bag. We have seen far too many great things NOT sell because of poor packaging. Securely package and label all items!

Should I iron my clothes?

Wrinkled clothes do not sell! We will likely send them home if they are extremely wrinkled. Please do what is necessary to make sure your clothes are look clean and neat.

I do not smoke but my clothes have been stored in a tote and has a small odor. Is this okay?

We will not accept ANY clothing that has an odor of any kind. When it is hung on the rack with other clothes, the odor spreads. We must be sensitive to others allergies and we absolutely can not sell anything with smoke odor, pet odor, or any other kind of odor. Clothing with pet hair will not be accepted either.

What do I need at drop off?

You will need to allow 30 min to an hour for drop off, especially if you come on the last 2 days. In addition to all your items, you will need to be organized! You need to have all clothing items sorted by SIZE & GENDER before you come! If you do not sort them, you will have to wait longer for an empty rack to sort your items once you arrive.

How do I secure small pieces with toys or equipment?

Place them in a Ziploc bag and then seal the Ziploc with clear packing tape. Please write your consignor number only with a permanent marker to the outside of the Ziploc.
