CONSIGNORS....refer 4 or more consignors that consign at least 15 acceptable items, not only will you receive your $5 Friend of a Friend money, your name will go into a drawing for 100% of your total sales!! WOW!! (Less the $8 consignor fee)
All tags must be:
-
3x5 index cards or card stock.
-
No larger or smaller than 3x5.
-
White index cards or cardstock only
-
We can NOT accept tags made from sticky notes or regular paper.
-
If donating, use COLOR INDEX CARDS/CARDSTOCK.
Making tags:
- Cards should be turned vertically
- Leave about 1 inch at top to allow for pinning and cutting. We are not responsible if you put your consignor number in the wrong place and it is cut!
- Label card with brief description of item in middle of card. This is a good place to point out brand and number of pieces. This is very important if card gets separated from item.
-
Place consignor number in lower left corner.
-
Place size in upper right corner (number sizes only) ex: 2T
-
$0.50 or $1.00 increments only.
-
Be care about overpricing your items. The majority of items priced reasonably DO sell. We recommend staying on the low side when pricing. Consider it a ministry opportunity to price your items lower so that someone else might be able to afford them.
-
If you DO NOT want your item to go 50% off on the last day, please put a RED X above the price!
- Do not edit tags, such as white-out, mark outs, etc. (this is for your protection)
Attaching tags:
- Place tag in upper right hand corner of garment.
- Attach tag to garment with safety pin, 1 inch or larger--no straight pins please!
- Group small items together in baggies. Write your consignor number on all baggies with permant marker in addition to your tag!
- If it is possible to pin tags to the toys then do so. If not then tape the tag securely to the toy with clear packing tape.
- For multiple piece items, place small parts in ziplock bags and tape securely to the main item.

Hanging:
- Please use the correct size hanger-(childrens or adults)
- Top of hanger should be pointing to the left to make a question mark. (?)
- Shorts, pants, skirts, etc should be attached to the top of the hanger at the waistband with safety pins at the top angles of the hanger (not the bottom)
- ***VERY IMPORTANT*** ADULT PANTS, SKIRTS, CAPRIS, ETC SHOULD BE ON PANT HANGERS OR FOLDED OVER HANGER (AS IF IN YOUR CLOSET) NO "PINNED" BOTTOMS FOR ADULT SALE!!!!
- Pin sets securely together by hanging the shirt first, then turn the hanger over and pin the pants by the waist to the backside of the hanger with the pins catching the hanger. It is easy for sets to get separated if they are not pinned well.
- Please gather & secure all hangers w/ a rubber band if you are using more than 1 hanger for 2 & 3 piece outfits.
- Group small items such as socks, hair bows and onesies together in ziplock bags with the tag pinned to the outside of the bag. Items in bag must have your consignor number written on the bag with permanent marker.
